What is your cancellation policy?
We recognize that your schedule may change unexpectedly. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, we are happy to reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
