We recognize that your schedule may change unexpectedly. To accommodate these changes, we offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment without any penalty, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, we are happy to reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

No, you do not need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients prefer to leave us a key or access instructions.  We`ll always ensure your home is locked up and secure when the cleaning is completed.
